Same here almost nothing. I have to put my ear right on the camera speaker to hear it.

Im having the same problem.
I cant make my 360 cam audio work
Just bougth a home camera and cant find the volume controls, cant hear the camera speaker. Alarm is way too low.

I've been having this issue also. Did they ever give you an answer?
Can you do more than thank pass on the information? We all are trying to get a resolution here. What good is a 2 way audio camera if it only works 1 way. The volume on these cameras are almost non existent. I have never had an issue with roku products and that is why I opted to buy these cameras. But it seems I'll be returning them. First time ever having to give bad review on your products and customer service. This really saddens me.
