Thank you for raising your concern with us. No worries! We're here to find you the best resolution possible and help you utilize the notification on your Smart Home app.
We suggest restarting your camera through the Smart Home app by opening the live feed. Go to Settings (upper right of the screen) > Restart camera (bottom part). After doing so, delete the app and then re-install it right after.
