I am having the same issue. One connected fine the other will not
Hi @MJClarke,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We'd like to know more about the issue that you're experiencing with the Roku indoor camera SE. How far is your Roku camera from your router? Is there an error code or message that you're receiving? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks,
John
I had the same problem. Wasted too much time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Turns out, nothing. I bought another of the same camera and it connected in seconds like the first one did in my 2 pack.
These cameras have been i nightmare:
- every other camera is defective
- impossible to set up simple working rules
- falls off the magnet for no reason
- the picture quality is poor - we had cheap Reolink cameras that blow these away.
Hi @msrtaylor,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts here in the Roku Community!
We're sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused. This is not what we aim for. For setting up your Roku camera, have you tried moving the camera to your wireless router to see if the issue persists?
Please keep us posted on what you find out; we can assist you further.
All the best,
Chel
