My cameras have finally been stable for a few months but I didn't do anything different. So it has to be something in the updates. Now the only issue I am having (that I wasn't having before)....if I download recorded video....the audio isn't on the video. Even though it plays back with audio before I download it.

Please download the Roku Smart Home app from your device's application store and log in using the same credentials associated with your Roku account. Once you have successfully logged in, attempt to download one of the video recordings again. This will help us determine whether the issue continues to occur.

The audio has always worked on downloaded recordings until recently. This is on all three of my cameras. When I play them back from the event list...they have audio but when I save to my phone they no longer have audio. I haven't changed any settings.
