Outdoor camera only taking pictures when it triggers

Jump to solution

My camera is only taking pictures when it triggers but in the event screen on the app it shows 12s like it is a video.  I just searched the only taking pictures problem and the suggestion was to go to the events tab in settings to adjust the motion detection settings.  But when I go to the detection settings it says internal failure when trying to load the settings.
