We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you had with the Roku indoor camera. Please try to check if there is an available update on your Roku smart home app, and check as well if the Roku camera is up to date by following the steps below.
- Tap Account from the navigation bar in the app.
- Tap Firmware Update to see all your devices.
- Tap Update at the top of the page, and all devices with an available update will download and install the latest software.
After any software updates are finished, each smart home device will automatically restart.
