Going on over a month now...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and I have had issues with the camera scanning my QR Code to connect the camera to my phone.. Finally I had to use a family members iPhone and it worked just fine and super fast..

 

But now the same problem I've had in the past comes up again (With the Samsung phone).. Now the Home Screen on the Samsung shows "Offline" but when I click the camera link to see the live feed it loads and shows it working just fine.. but I exit out of the live feed and it says offline again..

The iPhone 15 Pro I used to get the QR Code to work shows the camera as "Online" and works just fine.. it's just my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 that has the issues ...

  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
  • Have you tried checking whether the Roku camera and smart home app have been updated?
