Inside Camera not taking pictures

My Roku inside camera stopped taking pictures and I can’t seem to figure out why. It updated and ever since then I can only look back to Monday and nothing after that.

Try to perform a reset on your device and see if that helps. If the issue persists, please reply back here and provide us with the details below.

  • Log ID: From the camera, go to settings gear > support > submit log
  • Firmware version
  • Brand of the device

Same thing with my Roku Tv won’t update anything including cameras and Amazon Alexa .Been hacked since I bought it

@Arod94,

Follow the given steps below.

IMPORTANT: If a micro SD card is installed in your camera, remove it before performing a factory reset.

  1. Plug in your camera if not already powered on.
  2. Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds.
  3. Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart.
