Re: indoor camera that has solid red light, and I can't get it to reset
I went on Facebook to their page and talked to someone there thru messenger and they ended up telling me to return the ones I had and I got new ones, and they seem to be working just fine!

Re: indoor camera that has solid red light, and I can't get it to reset
They sent me another camera after this happened to me. Only if you ordered it off Roku site though, if you get it from Walmart or some other store they won't honor it. Of course I had to send the old one back.

Re: indoor camera that has solid red light, and I can't get it to reset
That's odd, Walmart has to accept a return if it's within whatever time frame their policy states. I had an issue and only fix was to return it a few days after purchase and now I have a working camera.

Re: Indoor camera that has solid red light, and I can't get it to reset
I have the exact same problem. The light is solid red and I cannot reset the camera. I cannot connect to anything and my camera is next to my router. I've tried turning off the wifi then plugging it in, but to no avail. It worked the very first time I plugged it in, but now it doesn't want to work anymore.

Hi @Dervongong,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community! We're glad to have you here.
We understand that your Roku camera isn't connecting to the internet and is showing a solid red status light. Don’t worry, we’re here to help!
We recommend that you try the following troubleshooting steps below and see if this will work for you.
Restart your Roku camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
- You can also try to plug it back into a different power outlet.
Factory reset the camera:
- Plug in your camera if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
- Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart
- After a successful reset, you will see a blue pulsing status light on your camera.
If the issue persists, please let us know so we can further assist you with this issue.
Thanks,
Riamie
