I am setting up two indoor camera se(s) and everything goes fine I can even see the live feed on my phone in the app. However 2 seconds after the feed opens a tab covers the picture and says the latest firmware must be downloaded when I push update it goes to an “updating” screen with two gears moving for around ten minutes and then finally says “update failed” and it dosnt matter how many times I do it, the update always fails. Please help. I have reset it, I have deletes the app and re installed I have deleted the cameras and reinstalled I have hard reset the cameras and re setup. I don’t understand it’s not a connectivity issue because again the cameras are showing a live picture on the Roku Home app but you can’t change any settings or even see the picture right because a big “Update Firmware” tab covers half the feed.

Re: Indoor Camera will not update Firmware Please HELP
I figured it out bro! So I live in the country and have satellite internet. For whatever reason the internet has to have a very quick upload speed, my download is 100mps but my upload was slow. Anyways I literally took all my cameras over to my parents who have fiber and downloaded the firmware there and brought them all back and PRESTO! So find someone you know with really fast internet and do the update there and bring them back. Hope this helps!
