Had my camera for 3 weeks and still unable to get firmware to update I have power cycles camera, uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have moved it right next to router I have tried factory resetting camera and still with no luck after 3 weeks

We want to further investigate this issue that you had on the Roku indoor camera SE. What is the firmware version of your Roku camera?
Please be advised that Firmware updates for supported Roku® Smart Home devices are released on a regular basis, but a variety of issues can cause a failure, such as a bad internet connection or an outdated Roku Smart Home mobile app.
