Event recordings disappeared

I was in the middle of watching back some event recordings of our pets while away and I could very clearly see there was about 10 videos to watch. As I was watching them they stop playing. I log out and back in. Redownload the app and now there’s ‘no events’ to show? 

What happened to the footage? No one else has access to the app but me.

  • Try again to log out and log back into your Roku Smart Home app.
  • Check the network connection of your phone.
  • Restart your Roku camera through the Roku Smart Home app:
  1. Homepage of the app
  2. Tap the Camera's name
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Click Restart
