The recordings are not visible

The recordings are not visible ,The recordings are not played, the video just keeps loading and after that you can no longer access anything and I have to exit the app.

What recordings? What app are you trying to use? No Roku device (player or TV) can record what is displayed. Some apps have recording capabilities, but that is all done outside the Roku, usually with the recordings saved somewhere in "the cloud". 

Assuming you are using an app that isn't provided by Roku (and they only provide a very small number of apps) then you need to contact whomever provides the app you're using. For example if you're using Spectrum or Xfinity, then that's who you need to contact.
