Did the latest Android 14 One UI 6.1 break the network connection for the 360 camera?
My 360 camera's not long find my internet connection following the latest update. I check the app store and I'm running the latest version of the Roku app on my phone. I'm also the administrator of my home network, I know my password, and the other Roku stationary camera are working without issue and manageable from the same phone and application. The networking issue has impacted 3 of my 360 cameras with 3 of the 3 being unable to connect to the network at all, and the remaining one only function for a few minutes before locking up. Please fix the issue or provide a work around.

Welcome, @JCU.
We understand that you're having an issue with the camera not connecting to the internet. We'd like to know more about this.
May we know what error message you're having with the camera? Also, have you tried restarting the device?
We'll wait for your response.
Thanks,

Re: Did the latest Android 14 One UI 6.1 break the network connection for the 360 camera?
When I restart the device, it connects for a moment then drops offline with error code 90. I can restart it, and it connects then drops off again. The other 2 cameras I haven't been able to connect at all and the app reports my Wi-Fi didn't connect. I could find any error logging from those. The phone app has limited logging that I can find.

Re: Did the latest Android 14 One UI 6.1 break the network connection for the 360 camera?
Hi, @JCU
Thanks for the update.
Let's try workarounds to see any improvements on the issue. Follow the steps below:
- Reset your router/modem.
Factory reset the Camera
IMPORTANT: For indoor camera models supporting a micro SD card, remove the storage device before performing a factory reset.
- Plug in your camera if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
- Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart
Once resettled, you can be guided on setting up your Roku Camera. Refer to Roku Indoor Camera 360° SE setup instructions
Give this a try and keep us posted.
Thanks,
