Why does my outdoor Roku camera keep losing connectivity,my camera is only 2 months old and I’m already having issues with it.

We would be more than willing to assist you with your concern about the Roku camera that keeps disconnecting from the internet.

Before we proceed, we would like to know the error code or error message that you are getting. In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

Restart your modem:
Unplug your modem from the power source for 10 seconds. Before you connect the camera again, make sure your modem is completely loaded.

Restart your camera:

  1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera

Additionally, ensure that your Roku Smart Home app and Camera are up to date.
