i have logged into my account on my computer and when I click manage subscription it tries to say I don’t have a device. I can’t find the auto renew button to turn off. Please help.

Re: Can’t cancel any subscriptions…
It seems this system has a lot of kinks it needs to fix. I have access to my account and want to cancel my sub for my camera but when I click manage subscription (I logged in with laptop just to be certain) it reroutes me to a screen that tried to get me to buy another device. Is there a customer service number where I can speak to an actual person? Seems very shady that I can’t find a way to cancel this payment.
