Hi @smokey4111,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We noticed in your post that your Roku Outdoor Camera (Battery) keeps on turning off. We would be glad to assist you with this issue.

Let's see if this will work for you.

  • Make sure both the Roku Outdoor Camera (Battery) and Roku Base Station are updated to the latest firmware.
  • Check to make sure the battery is fully charged before testing. A full charge from 0 to 100% takes ~4 hours.
  • Check the battery usage by going to the affected camera in the Roku Smart Home app by doing the following
  1. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. Tap Device info
  3. Tap Battery Usage
  4. The page will show the breakdown of the battery from the last full charge.

Restart your smart camera:

  1. Open the charging port on the back of your camera
  2. Flip the power switch to the OFF position
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Flip the power switch back to the ON position

We recommend you try these troubleshooting steps and please keep us posted.
