I have a floodlight camera SE. was working fine two days ago. Floodlights work fine but the camera red light doesn’t work and I cannot reset it. What do I need to do?

Any resolution? I basically have the same issue. Lights & sensor work but camera appears to have no power, DOA, bought 2, 1 works perfect, other one hasn't worked since installed other than lights & sensor.
I have the same problem and cannot do a reset if the camera won't come on to read the qr code or give instructions to go to next step so basically it's worthless other than a light

My camera is hardwired it is an outside floodlight . It didn't come with a USB cable setup and had previously been working as it was setup it just stopped working out of nowhere . 😕
