subscribed for a year and wanted monthly

i subscribed to frndly tv through roku and noticed i subscribed for a year when i wanted monthly. i need to get a refund for the 95.99 and subscribe to the 7.99 a month

@rontrotto If you subscribed through Roku login to your Roku account on a computer or phone.  Go to support tab and select account, payments, & subscriptions.  Find check support options on the bottom of the page and go from there.  Good luck since almost all subscriptions are nonrefundable but Roku support may work with you.

As noted, most subscriptions are non-refundable. The best you can do is "cancel", which will just stop renewal. Your subscription will still be good until the renewal date.

Read the terms of service, and they all pretty much say NO REFUNDS! Next time, be very careful and review all your settings before hitting ACCEPT.
