Subscribed to Max while I was out of the country~
I was out of the country for a month, and while I was away and not using Roku at all, I got an email thanking me for subscribing to Max. I logged into my account and—sure enough—I was subscribed to it. How the **bleep** does this happen? I’ve also been getting someone else’s Hulu account on my Roku devices, and I have no idea who it is. I don’t subscribe to Hulu. I am really worried about the security of these devices. I’m going to find another streaming device and get rid of my three Roku devices. It’s ridiculous.

I would suggest changing the passwords on your Roku accounts, your personal email as well as setting up a pin and 2 factor authentication.

@JukieBorn, did you ever have a Roku device that you gave away or returned? If so, it may still be linked to your Roku account. Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com and check what devices are linked to your account. Remove any you don't recognize.

I am not a Roku employee.
