It's Roku, not roko.
Roku does not charge anything to your card without your approval. Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and look under subscriptions. If there's something listed there, you can cancel it right there. If there's nothing listed there, then Roku is not billing you. It doesn't matter what your CC statement says, anything Roku is charging for would be listed there.
When scammers get your CC info from the dark web, they submit phony charges and put whatever they want on the line that is supposed to say who they are. And by the way, Netflix is not one of the providers that you can subscribe to through Roku, so any Netflix billing that claims to be through Roku is phony.
