I just got a new card and updated payment

Jump to solution

I updated my card info after getting a new card due to charges from Roku that are not mine. When I go to subscriptions it says I have none. When I put in my card for angle studios which I do want I’m not charged for Hulu nfl and Warner M and I do not want them

Thanks for letting us know! @ErinL1989

I understand you were charged for an unwanted subscription after updating your card information.

If you don't see an active subscription on your account, it's highly possible that you are being charged under a different email account. To check this, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

To cancel these subscriptions, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Home
  2. Highlight the app
  3. Press the star (*) button
  4. Manage Subscription
  5. Turn off Auto-Renew

Cancelling a subscription will stop any further charges. To avoid this happening again, I highly recommend setting up a 4-digit PIN for your account. This will add an extra layer of security and help prevent any accidental charges. Here’s a link to learn how to set up a PIN.

Hope this helps!
