Why is it so hard to make a instant payment

I am trying to make a credit card payment now, not later. But o can’t get ahold of a human, it’s almost like this company doesn’t want my payment.  This is crazy

i feel you. ive never had such a run aroun d with trying to renew a subscription.  between a roku acct and a disneyplus acct it all gets screwed up and confusing. starting to really hate this system.

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
