I cannot seem to figure out why I am being charged $4.26 monthly for a Roku SecureServer. I have no subscriptions and I have no history of purchasing anything. Any idea?
@Kaylarae322 There is no charge for Roku. I would login to your Roku account on a computer or phone. Check your subscriptions? There should be nothing that is a suprise to you. While logged in I would change your password and setup pin to make purchases. Can you identify where the charge is coming from with your bank or credit card. This does not sound like a legitimate charge.
I did login, and I have absolutely no subscriptions or history of purchases on my account. I am at a loss. And on my bank account it just says Roku SecureServer. Very odd.
@Kaylarae322, I would dispute the charge immediately as it looks very suspicious.
