Can you please verify payment so I can get the camera back on. An if you could tell me where I'd find how to view on your phone

For payment concerns, you can reach out directly to our Account-Billing team. They will be able to assist you and provide an accurate resolution to your concern. Once redirected to the website, kindly choose the "Account, payments, and subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.
