Paramount Plus says they’re having trouble processing my payment, which is strange because I pay for all of my subscriptions through my PayPal and there’s always $50-60 in there. Anyway, I can’t update the payment through them, because I signed up through Roku. And Roku doesn’t show paramount plus as one of my subscriptions. Roku says contact paramount plus, and paramount plus says contact Roku. I can’t delete the account and start over, can’t update my payment, can someone please tell me what I have to do?
Try accessing it through The Roku Channel app. There's two ways to access Paramount+ - one is through the Paramount+ stand-alone app and the other is through The Roku Channel. They're mutually exclusive. I don't know how a subscription through The Roku Channel shows up under your Roku account.
@Kayvano This will not solve your current problem however if/when you get this sorted out I suggest you cancel the subscription through Roku and subscribe directly from Paramount +. I appears to me that many of the subscription issues posted here involve subscriptions through Roku. Two advantages (1) You know exactly who to contact and who is responsible for the charge (2) If you have non Roku streaming devices the app will work on the non Roku devices. As @renojim stated I am not sure how subscriptions through the Roku channel appear but I would hope they would appear when you login on a computer to your Roku account.
