I recently had to change my payment method after my card was stolen. A total pain but all was good until it came to the Roku and Peacock. I’ve updated my payment method on both apps. Yet I can. I longer access the premium content on Peacock. It says I need to subscribe. I try to resubscribe and it tells me payment is handled through the Roku. The only problem is Roku insists that I have no active subscriptions so what am I to do? I have deleted and reinstalled Peacock. I tried to cancel it but Roku controls that too. Made sure both have the same payment method. Turned things on and off. Updated the Roku. I’m at a loss. Please help!
