I've updated my payment method through the roke and here on this site yet still can't access channels

We appreciate you for sharing this with us, and we would want to know more about how we can assist. Would you mind telling us more about the channels you're trying to access? Are you trying to access these channels through The Roku Channel? Also, are you receiving any error codes?

Providing this information would allow us to better understand the issue, and resolve this. Your response is very much valuable to us.
