Account still being charged after cancellation

Your solution would be great IF you could actually contact anyone through the support page. I've tried for 2 days and the page never opens to allow you to contact anyone.

We understand you're not able to reach support through the website. No worries, help is here. Please try to use another browser, and if that doesn't work, try to clear the cache of the browser that you're using and then try to access our Support website again.
