@MittMart-

Two ways to cancel subscriptions made through Roku.  Either way stops auto-renewal but subscription will remain active to the end of the pre-paid subscription period.

  1. Highlight the channel in the home page channel grid.  Press the * key on the remote and select Manage Subscription, then follow the prompts.  (If you see "Remove channel" instead of "Manage Subscription", that means your subscription is not through Roku and you will have to cancel with the channel directly.)

  2. Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com.  Scroll down and click Manage your subscriptions.  Any current subscriptions through Roku will be listed under "Active Subscriptions" section, where you can cancel them.

Hi @MittMart,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please get in touch with them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" options, and they are the best ones to help you.
