Help! I cant get roku express to acknowledge that ive already paid my max before i got the roku express.

Are you using the correct Max app and signing into the Max app with the same credentials you used to sign up for your Max subscription?  Also, was your Max subscription tied to a specific streaming service or device?

Aside from what @JWS9518 said, please provide us with the following information:

  • Do you still have an active subscription with Max?
  • Did you subscribe to Max directly to them or through The Roku Channel?
  • Are you trying to use Max or Max on The Roku Channel?
