I haven’t had anything Roku in a year and out of the blue I’m charged $17.27. And this is a major problem when you’re living paycheck to paycheck. I have gone through the whole account and I’ve searched forever about how to get a hold of someone and I can’t. I am so mad. Just refund my account immediately!

- Go to Purchase history & invoices
- Review your invoices for Content or Products

@charleslawr, edit your post by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of your username and remove your email address. You're just inviting scammers to contact you. You have to contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus to try to get a refund.

@Leslie54 On a computer or phone login to your Roku account and check your subscriptions. If the charge(s) are from Roku, they should be listed.
