Charges / active subscriptions?

Found a charge from ROKU on my credit card.  Didn't know I had placed an order for that channel.  I have canceled it. 

I don't know if there are other active subscriptions I'm being charged for as they state 'Active'; but I'm not seeing a charge associated with them.  

I have charges on my credit card statement (not from ROKU) -- trying to contact the company to see where and what they are. 

ROKU website is not easy to find information.  And unable to contact via chat!

Hi @BBKTH!

I understand that your credit card was unintentionally charged, prompting you to cancel it. Consequently, you are inquiring about the additional subscriptions associated with your Roku account. To prevent this situation from occurring again, we highly recommend setting up a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your account. To accomplish this, go to your account, > Log In > Under Device Settings > Select PIN / Parental Controls. 
You can check or manage your active subscriptions by selecting My Subscriptions under Payment and Subscriptions.
