Unable to sign into disney+ billed through roku

Typically I sign into my roku device with my roku account and password. I then launch disney plus app and it asks to sign in with my roku account and just opens. Now I am unable to access disney as my login fails.  Roku support Saya they just bill and disney has the account. I talk to disney and they say my account (roku email) is not activated

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, @Mokm.
Kindly try to reboot this channel correctly by removing the channel, restarting the device, and adding the channel. You can also try to check for the channel's update by clicking the Star button on your remote. Once done, try to log in to your account.
