Does anyone else pay for a app. Such as philo. You pay philo. Then roku also charges you .   I've had it happen 2 or 3 times .  Does anyone no why?? I'm calling in morning if I can get a person.

Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and see what (if any) subscriptions are listed. If there's nothing listed there, then you are not being billed by Roku. Thieves will submit a charge to your credit card account and they can enter any name they want to appear on the statement. Thieves are using the name Roku because they think they can get away with it because so many people have a Roku device. 

The only way to reach Roku customer service is via their support web site (not this forum).

It’s pretty easy to sign up and pay for a service in multiple ways.  Ie: you can pay them at their website, then again on a Roku, then again, on an Apple TV, etc.  You have to be careful.  For example, in one app I added recently, it started up with a big already-highlighted “Get Started” button.  But that’s not what I wanted.  Since I already had a subscription, I needed the smaller darker “Sign In” option.
