My peacock subscription is coming out of my bank account. And I can't cancel it on my Phone app. Need to talk to somebody.

Hi @sparklysue,
Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with the Peacock subscription on your account. That's not what we aim for. If you notice a charge on your credit card or bank statement, you can follow these steps to handle it.
Note: If you do not see your subscription in your Roku purchase history but see it on a credit, debit, or other financial statement, it means that you purchased the subscription directly through the service provider and not through Roku. You'll need to contact that service provider directly for help with your bill for that subscription.
Moreover, if you have more questions about your account and billing, it would be best to talk to our Roku Support, as they can further assist with your concerns.
You can reach them here. Choose "Account, payment, & subscription " and you should be able to talk to one of our live representatives.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
All the best,
Chel
I am dealing with the same issue. Peacock says it’s billed through my Roku account and I can’t even find the subscription under my account.

My peacock subscription does not show up on my roku, but I am still being charged for it. I have tried to call the next thing. I'm gonna have to do is change my bank card I guess. If somebody could get back with me apparently there's no customer service for roku cause I tried to call as well.
This is of NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Our TVs, apps and Macs say we have no subscriptions so how can we turn them off!?!? Then they will not allow us to delete our payment info from the screen. I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT CARD INFO ON THIS APP ANYMORE! I am so frustrated that I have literally spent weeks trying to delete a stupid channel we don’t need and a credit card I was unaware that Roku had saved in their system until my daughter added this worthless Peacock to my account. Please make your system user friendly. I realize maybe the point is to NOT make it user friendly but I will NEVER purchase anything through Roku ever again. This is more than ridiculous.

Just been told that I'm not allowed to cancel my yearly subscription.
@Ninakillian56 If you cancel a yearly subscription you can usually continue watching until the subscription expires and it it will not renew. Almost all subscriptions are non refundable so you will not be able to get a refund for the remainder of the year. This is not just for subscriptions from Roku but almost all subscriptions from any provider are non refundable.
same issue...peacock does not show up as a subscription when I click on the button for subscriptions - how can I cancel, unless I have my CC company dispute it
@mlarocque It appears you did not subscribe through Roku. Open the Peacock app and go to your account. You should be able to find your subscription information there.
