Too much money is coming out of my account for subscriptions. I did not sign up for.

You guys are taking money out of three of my accounts Totally up to $139 a month how do I track all of my Roku subscriptions cancel and request a refund I’ve been trying To speak to someone for two months now

Here are the steps to check the charges on your account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

To avoid any unrecognized charges on your account, you can add a PIN.
Here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Under PIN Preference, select Update
  3. To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
