How can find out about a Roku Channel charge for $14.21 that is not listed on my subscription?

To know about account purchases on your account, you may refer to these steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com.
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices.
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products.

You can also manage your subscriptions on your Roku Account by visiting this support page: How do I manage or cancel a channel subscription?

Additionally, if charges are still not found on your account purchases, you may contact our Accounts and Billing Team for charges that you want to dispute. Just navigate to Accounts, Payments, & subscriptions to reach them.
