I think I have the same problem! I had NO idea that I would be charged $12.95 for watching Roku.  I watched Paramount that is attached to ROKU.  I guess I automatically was charged without being told.  This makes me very angry at them.

It will be more effective if you directly contact our account-billing team, as they are the best ones who can further assist you with charge disputes. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments, and subscriptions" category. There should be an option where you can talk to one of our live representatives.
