Need a refund on free trial!

How do I get a refund on my free trial? I signed up for the 5 day trial and the next day Hurricane Helene hit my house. My roof came off and I still don't have power & water back at my house. Then my account got charged last night and I haven't even had a chance to look at the platform and decide if I want it or not! I should not be charged for something I never even got a chance to use!

@Pnggirl74 If you subscribed through Roku login to your Roku account using the same email you used to post here.  Then select support>account payments & subscriptions.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and find agent support.  click on check support options
