Surprise Surprise, Roku's Contact Us page doesn't work at all.

My email address is updated anywhere I can see it in my account.

Yet, Roku is sending emails about forum threads to my OLD email address. It isn't any place listed in Roku, it was updated months ago.

Go to contact us after searching all possibilities, the page just spins and spins and never loads.

Yet another example of Roku's horrible support.

This "community" may have a different email address than your Roku account (not sure about that).  Click on your avatar (that cute little picture) next to "Help" in the upper right corner and you should see a "My settings" option.  There's a place there to change your email address.

As for the support page, some people have claimed that using a "private" or "incognito" web page works better.

No, already been there and to every menu item. My current email is there. There is no option to update this. I'm going to have to do a BBB report like I have for about 5 other businesses who refuse to give a user the option to update their email address. Changed it like 5 months ago. It's really unforgivable that a website gives you no control over an email address sometimes. This type of thing SHOULD be against the law.
