It’s saying I don’t have any subscriptions with the app, yet I’m being charged monthly for an account and can’t find out how to unsubscribe. Any help available for this issue?

When options are available, choose Manage Subscription to see the renewal date and open up more choices. Choose Cancel subscription to stop receiving updates. Confirm whether you want to keep the channel for the remainder of your subscription period or remove it right away.
Furthermore, if the subscription is directly from a specific app, we suggest contacting them directly for further advice and assistance.
