I want to renew at subscription but it’s not showing up on my Roku subscription and on the actual app it’s saying i can only renew thru Roku. I have updated my payment method i have tried everything

Make sure you're logging into https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on the Roku device with Starz under Settings->System->About. Some people have more than one Roku account without remembering/realizing it.
