Roku - payments on subscriptions but no active subscriptions showing under account information

My bank account shows payments posted by Roku but when I sign into Roku accounts it shows no active subscriptions... I then sign into Hulu and it says payments are posted through Roku... what am I missing???

Do you have multiple Roku devices?  If so, you may have multiple Roku accounts.  You can check what account each device is linked to by checking the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.

I have the same issue.  Even on my  Roku account it says no subscription or purchases made under my History. I am trying to contact them now and my bank.

Same issue "Roku for ESPN" but I have no subscriptions and it shows no payment activity related to charge.  I had never tried use Roku support before so I didn't realize that there isn't any.
