I renewed my AcornTV channel but I'm unable to access it.
When I tried to watch something on Acorn, I received message: "You have already subscribed to Acorn TV via Roku. Please use the credentials you used when you subscribed to Sign In. 2500-000000-607". The title in the message box is "Roku Billing"
I have only had one Roku account and used only one email; there are no multiple accounts.
