My Roku is not recognizing the update on my debit cards to rent movies. I used to be able to rent movies and then I updated my payment information. Now I keep getting messages that say "Transaction Error. Insufficient Funds." This is not true. I have worked with the people in Chat and re-entered both of my debit cards and still keep getting the same message. Any suggestions?

Tried that still not working!
Hi Mary 21 going through same problem tried everything. Support can't help me either. If you find a fix please let me know. Thanks.
It's obvious there's a bug in your software update for Roku. Perhaps Roku should start there! Because how do I go from renting movies then and not now????
Since Roku can't seem to fix the problem there is another way to rent movies. If you have a X box you can order through that. It at least recognized my payment info and I was able to rent a movie. Thanks Roku.......
