@Bullybabe, I hate to say it, but it sounds like you've been scammed. Roku is free to use. There's no "Roku subscription" just to use the device. Premium services require subscriptions, so what is this $88.99 subscription supposedly for? Is the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About yours? Can you log in at https://my.roku.com using that email address? If so, you can check any subscriptions that you have through Roku there.
