Roku charge for Peacock on my bank statement from 10/01/24 when I ordered it but when I tried to can

I purchased peacock thru Roku on 10/01/24 (or whatever day the Voice season began).  When I went into Roku to cancel subscription a few days later there’s no record of me having it since 10/23.  The amount was charged to my bank account the 1st of October, so since neither you or peacock have no record of it how do I cancel it so I’m not charged next month?

Hi, @Deritodd.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for letting us know about having an issue canceling your subscription.

Have you tried checking the email associated with your streaming device? This may be the reason why it's not showing on your account.
To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

You may also follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

Moreover, you may also cancel your subscription with your streaming device by visiting this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Reynan

@Deritodd Open Peacock on a computer and click on account in the upper right corner.  You should be able to determine how you are charged for Peacock.
