Roku Is Charging Me for Subscriptions I Did Not Request
Since September, 2022, Roku has been charging me every month for subscriptions I did not request. I thought I would be able to control purchases and subscriptions using a PIN Roku allowed me to set up for just that purpose but it does not work.
Roku prevents me from removing my credit card because I have a annual subscription that is still active and will be for a few more months. Consequently, they are able to make charges to my credit card at will.
Roku appears not to have a customer service of any kind.
My only recourse is to dispute the charges through my credit card company.
