Hi, @edgardpaniz.
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We appreciate you reaching out to us about your screen saying you need to update your subscription. We'd like to know more about this.
Where are you seeing this message? Is it on the home screen or inside a channel?
Also, please be informed that a charge may not be recognizable because the app or provider name may be charged through the parent company or developer that created the app. For example, if you see “Roku for CBS Interactive” as a charge, it may be because you purchased a subscription for Paramount+, which is charged by its parent company, CBS Interactive.
If “Roku,” “Roku for,” or "The Roku Channel" is not referenced, it’s not a charge from Roku. For more information about a charge that didn’t come from Roku, contact your bank or card issuer.
Furthermore, you may check this support article on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account
We'll wait for your response.
Regards,
Reynan
